Compability with Parallax

Hello,

I would like to know whether Parallax sensors are compatible with the Arduino Mega. Some of the Parallax sensors I am wondering, whether are compatible is the ones in the Parallax Sensor Sampler Kit. From just a cursory look all those devices appear to be electrically compatible with an Arduino.
