Si tu prends le temps de lire par toi même les informations sur la page du site Arduino pour cette carte tu cerars qu'en effeut il ya une opération à faire pour sortir le 5V .... 
RTFM en quelque sorte....
5V: This pin outputs 5V from the board when powered from the USB connector or from the VIN pin of the board. Note: for it to work, you need to short the VBUS jumper on the back of the board.
