comparator with integrated reference, low power, cheap?

Hi Guys

I am looking, as the title implies, for a comparator (being able to handle a supply voltage between 5 and 15 volts) with an integrated voltage reference (up to 3 volts) that doesn't use much power, preferably in a dip case or solderable without much hassle. Most importantly it should be cheap and readily available, maybe even through ebay if possible. Do you have any suggestions? I have been struggling to find something that I can get cheap including shipping to Australia.

The best I could come up with was the LT6700, but it's not that cheap...

Cheers!

Is US$2.75 cheap enough?

The Gadget Shield: accelerometer, RGB LED, IR transmit/receive, speaker, microphone, light sensor, potentiometer, pushbuttons

Thanks that's a good find! Wish max input voltage was a bit higher. The biggest problem is that digikey charges 34 dollars for shipping to AU. I guess I will just build one myself. Cheers!

You can also scale the voltage down with resistors for example and use the built in comparator that the Arduino has
