You can make as many comparisons as you like (within reason) but you must do it the right way
I assume that this
if ((now.hour() <= 10 ) && (now.hour() > 13 ))
is intended to test whether the hour is less than or equal to 10 or that the hour is greater than 13.
Is that what you want to test for ?
If not, then what do you want it to test for ?
