How comprehensive is this description? What are the actual highest and lowest values you need to measure? How accurate do you need the pass/fail indication to be? Will the pass/fail percentage always be the same, or do you need to change it from +/-10% to 5%, 1%, and so on?
How do you intend to perform calibration? Will you keep a set of reference resistors on hand? Will your users understand how to perform the calibration and/or reference resistor installation?
