Compatibility between Shields

Hi, Iḿ trying to develop a GPS logger, plugged in a car, the data from the car should be recorder in a data base, i research a little, and I found that I need Wifi Shield and a GPS shield, but my question is: are those shields compatible?

Im using an arduino UNO.
