Hi not long ago I damaged the quartz crystal on my arduino and I was thinking of replacing it myself instead of buying another(arduino worked fine until crystal was damaged upon removal from breadboard(don't ask XD))is this a compatible replacement for the crystal on the board

The board pictured is not an official Nano (it's made by "funduino").
As to whether or not the eBay resonator has the same footprint is hard to say. You'd have to look up the datasheet for the eBay resonator and compare it to the footprint on your board.
