Compatible?

Hi guys, I'm going to know if arduino bluetooth is compatible with this product:

Can I use both (bluetooth + GPRS Modem) at the same time?
I ask this because arduino bt has a single serial port that is connect to the bluetooth module. :-X

if you are worried about tying up the serial port, try looking at the software serial library.
