I have no idea what is wrong. Device works fine on the software I didn't have to pay for, but doesn't work for the software I pay for... I wish there was something more I could tell, you but this is all it says to do...

I plan I implementing this for 80 kids and if this is it for support, I deem it a mistake to move to ChromeBooks.

we had an issue in new registered users from 14th to 18th of June. Please export all your sketched, remove your account and let us know about it. Then you can create again your account and import the sketches again.
