Compilation memory stats not displaying for a 3rd party board.

For regular Arduinos I see a typical Sketch uses 11084 bytes (4%) of program storage space. Maximum is 262144 bytes. Global variables use 2364 bytes (7%) of dynamic memory, leaving 30404 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 32768 bytes.

For a NoCAN board (Omzlo) I don't see anything except the usual "Linking everything together" step. The compilation does finish successfully as I can see the generated hex file if I chose the "Export compiled binary".

Is there a template or something somewhere where I can add whatever is needed to generate the memory stats?

The provider of the core for the Arduino IDE may make that change if the board supports it (most will do).

in Eclipse (Sloeber) you get something like this instead:

section                     size      addr
.data                        420   8388864
.text                      14406         0
.bss                         928   8389284
. . .
