compile image goes wrong

Hello again,

I have another Yun which is upgraded to Firmware 1.6.2. I need the package kmod-ath9k-htc for it, so I compiled an Image with it and get no errors.
When it is installed, the boot Process stucks and i get the following message:

My .config file is here.

I copyed this from the ImageBuilder to my Buildroot and added my required Package with make menuconfig.

Was it the wrong way? What can I do now to make it run?

EDIT: Maybe there is an easier way to get this package. Like crosscompiling or something. But I don't know how. Maybe someone can explain it.
