Hello all, complete newbie here, I bought a egeloo kit with multiple sensors and followed the coding to make lights light up, and all the sensors work as they are suppose to. Now I bought a car robot v4 put it together and it works great, I do have a question tho, is it possible to be able to write a code or a way to be able to control the robot car remotely..as in if I am away from my house is there anyway to have the robot car connected to my home wifi and be able to control it with the phone app through the Internet for example? I know the phone connects to the car through WiFi for camera and movement..so that though popped into my head...thanks in advance, hoping to be able to learn some arduino code through these little projects, but I have to say arduino is intimidating!
I think i have a work around. I watch some scam baiting videos like kitboga or Jim Browning, where they bait scammers to waste their time. There are websites where you can connect to phones/PC through the Internet with a remote connection software(such as anydesk) and control the PC/smartphone through the Internet. I'm gonna try this out tomorrow. If that works then that would be a nice temporary solution while I learn more about Arduino and see if I can come up with a different solution as I have Xfinity and static IP is not possible for home Internet from what I gathered. Sorry for wasting anyone's time but feel free to leave any other suggestions if anyone comes up with anything.
Thanks again!
Hello matt88ch
Welcome to the world's best Arduino forum ever.
You might consider to use an ESP32 controller as communicator using either WiFi or BlueTooth.
Have a nice day and enjoy coding in C++.
