Hi. I have an genuine Arduino due and I need it in my project to be integrated in a single board. What I mean is I dont want to see wires and pin headers.

So ive decided to make a pcb based on due reference in eagle. Is it okay to change all 0402 components into 0805 or DIP components in their respective values?

Yes, it should be. Be careful of the high-speed native USB connections, if you're using it.
