Hello
I am looking to make something to fill a slot on my desktop.
I want to have it be able to display different things like music, fan temp and things like that.
I am using a 2x16 lcd, and an arduino uno, 2-3 buttons, and maybe a rgb as an indicator light.
I have an old cd drive case to put it all into, and i will be cutting the hole into the front of the original cover.
I don't really have any idea where to begin, so if someone could help that would be very much appreciated.
We kinda need more to go on. How will it know what music is playing, or the fan speed, or anything? What sensors are you planing on using or think you need?
I wasn't thinking i would need any sensors outside of what the computer already has because of it built into the computer,
I was also planning on some how implementing iTunes to tell what music was playing.
Unless you can write a program that can extract all this data from the computer, I don't think this project is doable at this time.
