I'm working on a project for my senior design project. I want to control a computer LCD screen with a microcontroller and I'm wondering if it can be done with the Arduino controller. Is it possible or do I need a more powerful processer/smaller screen?
Use the search box at the top of the forum page and type in "computer lcd."
Result #2 should be of interest.
You don't have to be a dick about it. I was just wondering if anyone else had more information on the topic.
He edited his post. It was not as civil as it is now. It was actually quite rude towards me, insulting my intelligence just because I didn't think to add computer in front of lcd. Sorry for my inauspicious introduction.

I presume he didn't try and swear at you though as you did.
I don't imagine you had used the search box like suggested.
Searching would have given you some info. If you then were unsure or wanted more info, you might have said: "I have seen ...... page but was wondering if anyone had more info on this this and this."
There have been an awful lot of people posting questions without using search or trying to find the question themselves. Please try to provide more info and ask a more informed question next time.

I have come to realize being condescending in posts (which I was) towards someone who doesn't take the time to search is counter-productive and ultimately self-fullling. Which is why I deleted it and posted something more helpful.
In some cases someone has taken the time to do A search, just not the RIGHT search. Probably better to give the benefit of the doubt.
Thank you. I'll admit I was rude as well. I could have done a more thorough search.
