Config Arduino to be an OPC Client with Module SIM800L

Hi guys! I want to build an IoT system with Arduino Uno and send data (get from Energy Meter by RS485) to my OPC UA Server by using Module SIM800L instead of Wifi. Is it possible to build a system like that? Anyone who has done a similar system can give me some advice? Thank you
