configuration parameters on Windows

Hello
when I try to program a NIBO2 with the Ucom-IR2-X programmer tool in windows 7, Arduino is giving error message:

Arduino: 1.6.13 (Windows 7), Board: "nicai-systems NIBO 2 robot"

Bootloader file specified but missing: C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\nicai\avr\bootloaders\DoNotEraseTheBootloader

Sketch uses 5,254 bytes (4%) of program storage space. Maximum is 131,072 bytes.
Global variables use 901 bytes of dynamic memory.
Error while uploading: missing 'program.tool' configuration parameter* >:( >:( >:(*

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

about Bootloader: I do know, I can ignore this message, as NIBO2 does not use any bootloader.

Where can I insert the program.tools parameter and what param is needed?

Thanks for your help.

Please post a link to where you downloaded the NIBO 2 hardware definitions package from. Are you sure you're using the most current version?

Hi Pert
Yes, I am using the most current version. I downloaded NiboRoboLib 3.4.1 from the roboter.cc Download homepage.
Where is the program.tool configuration parameter coded?
Thanks for your help.

To fix that error:

Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\nicai\avr\programmers.txt in a text editor.

Add the following lines:

usbasp.program.tool=avrdude
avrisp.program.tool=avrdude

Save the file.

Restart the Arduino IDE if it's running.

I thought this seemed familiar. I already told you how to fix this issue a month ago:
