That's where the tips are. Did you do all the tips like this? A reset usually helps. Do you know how to make this one?

and make sure that your SIM card is activated and has data.

Hello thanks for your message, do you mean reset button i tried to press it many time no result, if you mean other type of reset i have no idea.
I mean this:
Make sure that you re-install the Create Agent with admin rights and use a good data USB cable to connect the board to your PC.
thank you, its connected now but i still have an issue to make it online as i put APN information of the SIM card and still the device is offline, is it possible that the service is not supported in my coutry (Qatar)?
If you are using Arduino SIM card, check Arduino Digital Store to see if there is coverage.
