Configure wifi settings through bluetooth connection

Hello guys,

i need my arduino to connect to my WPA2 personal network, i want to be able to define the network settings (wifi network name and password) through my iPhone or Android using bluetooth for that, both use BT protocol 4.0, and the device i am considering to use uses the 2.0 protocol:
