Configuring a new device: failed

“NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource.”

I am having this error when trying to configure an MKR 1010. The board is working fine and with the IDE I could upload and test different sketches.

Could this error be related to the downtime that the Arduino Cloud had yesterday?

So far, I find the Arduino Cloud unreliable.
