conflict between ARDUINO and RME USB drivers

I have a conflict between ARDUINO and RME USB drivers: I can only use one of them - never both.
RME FIREFACE UC
latest ARDUINO MAC driver.
MACOSX: 10.6.7
MacBookPro 2.7 Ghz Intel Core i7.

can anyone help me ?
