Connect Arduino to LED Matrix Panels 16x32

Hi:
This post is highly related to P10 LED Matrix Panels 16x32 - LEDs and Multiplexing - Arduino Forum but I decided to open a new one.
I am trying to connect a LED panel to an Arduino.
Firstly I was going to buy the products on Freetronics, but the shipping has a high price so I had to search the components on Aliexpress.

  • I found this panel on Aliexpress, which is very similar to the Freetronic's panel.

    To connect the panel with the Arduino, on the Freetronic's web they use a small adaptator board:

On the Freetronic's web they have a schematic for this small adaptator board but I do not understand some connections like "C", "G" and "D", because the Arduino does not have these connections.

What can I do to connect the panel to my arduino?
