Hello,
Just a quick question: can I connect my arduino with a wifi shield to my smartphone/3g( wifi access point) in order to create a web server?

Are you asking for permission? If so, it's granted.

It would have been faster to just try than to post here and wait for an answer.

He may be asking if it’s possible to do it without going through the same router. In this case, you may need a static ip address set up. I haven’t gotten that far myself yet.

Exactly, I already tried by changing the ssid and password in my code, didn't work. Then I tried to implement an static IP address

char ssid[]="Server3g"
char pass[]="1234";
IPAddress Ipfix = (192,168,0,43);
....
void setup(){
...
WiFi.config(Ipfix);
}

Unfortunately, my wifi shield didn't connect ...

Is my declaration of my static IP wrong?

Thank you.

IPAddress Ipfix = (192,168,0,43);

Loose the = sign.

IPAddress Ipfix(192,168,0,43);
