I need some help... I would like to switch on and off an electronic device with a qr-code.
The purpose:
Scan Qr-code with an app --> redirected to website --> electronic device starts working.
What do I need to make this work, can someone help me out?

What's also quite important is that any phone can switch on / off the electronic device just by scanning the Qr-code

You could find up a service which works with qr codes and Webhooks.
You could use the webhook capability to use with something like Blynk, Arduino IoT could, etc. good luck
