Connect ESP8266-01 to a local Wifi

Hello guys,

I am using an Arduino MEGA and a ESP8266-01, and a LM35. I just wanna to connect my esp to a specific wi-fi but i dont have access to the AT commands (i could use them only when the code is empty and the hook-up is empty too)
Should I use an other resistance or something ? (what kind of hook-up should i use ?)

Is a specific library necessary in that case ?
