I would like to connect an IR sensor to my arduino UNO board but I can't get any information from my sensor. I don't if I connected right or if there are other problem. I just want to turn on/off a LED.
Does anyone have the answer???
You haven't told us what type of IR sensor you have or how you have connected it or what code you're trying to use to get information from it.
Without any of that I can't even manage a wild guess, certainly not a real answer.

The answer so far is that you're doing it wrong. Everything. From the circuit, to the code, to using this forum to ask for help. All wrong.
