Hi, All,

For those who want to use the General Arduino Board to use Yun features, I would like to introduce the Yun Shield to you. :slight_smile:

Yun Shield is an Arduino Shield which will simply turn Arduino board into "Arduino Yun" .

You can use the USB port for storage. Which will act same as SD card.

With a card slot, it would solve my current problem, which is that I need the features of a Mega connected to the linux side of a Yun. The Yun would be serving the data, both live and historical, so needs an SD card for data storage.

Unfortunately, a USB storage device won't fit inside the standard box.

I agree a USB is not a replacement of a sd slot. If you have a USB device you would need a USB hub that needs power ......
This Linux shield has a SD slot and USB. Maybe this is a solution for you.
