Connect to Arduino NICLA SENSE ME via Bluetooth

Hey, so I got the NICLA SENSE ME and I trying to figure it out how I connect to the NICLA throught bluetooth and changes some values.

For example, in my case, I want to connect the NICLA to a DC MOTOR and with smartphone (via Bluetooth) change the speed and the direction of the motor.

I explored the whole internet trying to learn how its done but didnt find anything useful.
I hope someone here can help me.
