No. The HC-12 claims to make a serial link wireless (see datasheet) - and uses an HC-12 at both ends.
Bluetooth (as provided by HC-05, HC-06, and countless other chips) uses a different protocol on a different frequency.
You could have a bluetooth adapter within bluetooth range of the phone, connected to an HC-12, with an HC-12 as the other end of the connection within HC-12's longer range.
Also, did you read the title of this section of the forum? "for problems with the Arduino itself, NOT your project". A question like this belongs in project guidance
