I would like to connect 2 servo motors to my Arduino Uno without a breadboard. Is that possible? if yes what would be the best course of action?

Before going any further consider how you are going to power the servos. You should not power them directly from the Arduino. Use an external power supply instead
As to connecting the servos, is this going to be a permanent connection or just for experimenting ? If the former then the best way to connect the servos to the Arduino and power supply would be to solder them

A motor shield is what you want. Connect servos to shield. Shield to Arduino. Arduino to USB. Power to Shield.
