how do i connect this model 929455-001 hp fan to my arduino ble 33 it says its only 5v5
Posting a link to its datasheet would help a lot. Else wait for somebody playing with just that fan.
You Do Not connect it to the Arduino, the odds are high that will fry your Arduino and the fan will be OK but not run. Use an external power supply and a DC switch or MOSFET to turn it on/off.
