Connecting a Mouse to Arduino

Hello again guys,
My next task I would like to overcome is getting a Mouse to work with my arduino, and the VGA display.

I've done some research and i haven't found anything based off this.

So how would I go about this?

What type of mouse? USB, PS/2 or serial?

A USB mouse.

You need an USB host port or USB OTG. Search for an USB host shield.
