Connecting Arduino Mega to PC with AT-09 BLE

Hello,
Is it possible to connect the AT-09 BLE module to make the same connection as the usb cable? And how is it done? It is for a midi device that when connected to the pc it automatically detects it as a midi device.

I'm just starting so don't get too technical.
