Connecting DFRobot_Player-PRO to Nano

I have a bunch of these DFRobot-Player-Pro's and I cannot get them to connect via SoftwareSerial
The only Library that appears to be written for these new modules is DFRobot_PLAY_IIC.h
There is 1 Example called "Play' and it doesn't even include SoftwareSerial??
Is there anyone else that's tried to use DFRobot_PLAY_IIC.h??? or connect the "Pro" mps3 players

Of you post a link to those players, we might be able to have a look.

The IIC might / would indicate that they are controlled via I2C.
