You are saying you want to power a LED having a Vfwd of 3.3 volts and it's a 1.0 watt LED? That what you are asking?
You have a 1.0 watt LED correct? Your Vsupply is 12 volts? My guess is the LED Forward Current is about 300 mA, would that be correct? You will need a transistor driver for the LED, I suggest a 2N2222 along with a series LED resistor rated for the power it will handle.
Beyond those guesses I have no idea what you are asking?
