Connecting microcontroller to stepper motor and driver schematic

I would like to purchase an arduino microcontroller and use that to control a stepper motor from Grainger:

which requires the following driver:

I would also like to control the entire program with Python if possible.

Can anyone please help me with the connection of wires?

What is Python running on? It is not the arduino.
