Connecting Sick DS35 with Arduino

Hello,

How could I integrate my Sick DS35 distance sensor with my Arduino prototype?
How could I get the data from the sensor to use it outside of the Sick platform?

Thanks.

Start by posting links to technical information on the hardware and associated manuals. I founds a lot of DX35s and they are not the same. I do not know what your Arduino prototype is, post a link to its technical information. Explain what environment this will be working in and what results you expect.

The problem i even dont know how to start.
I got to collect data from the sensor using the Sick AppSpace.
I want to connect it to Arduino to make to light up a led when it reaches a certain distance.

What is AppSpace running on?
What will Arduino do with data from DS35?
Which ONE of these 3?

Actually, we are using the AppStudio which is inside of AppSpace.

We want to turn on a Led on arduino, if we get a distance lower than 2m.

It is the DS35: DS35-B15521 | Distance sensors | SICK
