Connecting SparkFun Photo Interrupter with Arduino

I am new to Arduino. I want to connect Spark fun Photo Interrupter with Arduino Yun. I also Have the board for Photo Interrupter. Can anyone tell me which pin to connect where in arduino? I want to do this for small project. Here are the links for the Sensor and board: Sensor and Breakout Board
