Connecting tft lcd smartwatch with arduino

Greetings, it's been a while,
I've got an old tft lcd smartwatch screen as the photo is showing below (1st photo), according to chat-gpt it says that it could be connected with Arduino uno using SPI, but the problem is that I have no idea how to connect it with Arduino in the first place cause it has a flexible ribbon cable. with more expanded searching on the world WIDE web I've discovered that there's a module with a very similar display as mine ST7789 tft (2nd photo) that you could connect to Arduino with jumper cables.
Now I am not too much of an ex
pert but is it possible to make a very simple circuit from discrete components to act as a driver for this display? cause it seems like a waste to throw this display off.

so the number on the display is ST7789? If so, there is an Arduino library so you could develop something using it. You will need to find a part that allows that ribbon cable to be inserted and it also has a normal header or even screw adapter so it can be wired to something.

that's my plan for now,
do you know any part that could get the job done?
and what Arduino library should I use please?

Have you verified that it is an ST7789?

no this is a separate display that I've got from an old smartwatch, but it has basically the same number of pins and screen size and type just like ST7789 does, can I maybe build a circuit by myself for the display to connect it with arduino?

Are there not any markings, numbers on the display. If you don't know the specs, it is impossible.
