I purchased the Nano Screw terminal adapter, thinking that I was going to be able to directly connect the MKRWAN1310 to my Arduino Uno R4. It doesn't seem to be compatible.
How can I do it? Can you help me?

just no. The Uno R4 is a 5 V board. the MKR shield is for a 3.3 V MKR.
(btw. how could a Nano screw terminal help?)
The Arduino MKR WAN 1310 is not a shield.
It is an Arduino board with it's own microcontroller.
