But could someone tell me how to connect the TB6612eng to use only DIR and STEP to a UNO?
I would like to use this driver wiht accelstepper library
You cannot do that, you must also connect the grounds. The UNO can also generate the PWM if wanted but you can do that with a separate device if desired. Just be sure the logic levels are correct, the frequency is in range and the grounds are connected.
Thats logical, and the device needs also VCC
