connecting to an Arduino board

I have my application running, but now I need to connect all of the input/output pins to the external components. Where do I buy ribbon cables with the male pins so that I can do this easily/correctly? I'm in the US.

Thanks!

Jon

You may want to buy a small reel of ribbon cable and some IDC connectors.
You can make whatever length and width you need. To assembly the IDC connectors
just use a vise. Digikey and Mouser sell the IDC connectors and cable.

I tried the Mouser web site and then the catalog and then the Mouser technicians, but they don't know what product I need.

Do any of you know exactly what part number I should get in order to connect to the 6 and 8 pin female blocks on the Arduino Duemilanove board? Even better would be already made up ribbon cables with connectors.

I can't be the only one who would like to know this information!

Thanks

Jon

I appreciate the help that has been offered, but I would really like to hear from someone who has actually done this and is sure that the parts they mention will work.
