Is it possible to connect a USB camera to my computer wirelessly using the bluetooth arduino board? I'm trying to bring the image into processing from a mobile video source and I can't find anything on this.

Sorry, no.
The standard Arduino can't control other USB devices. There's a gadget you can buy for it to control other devices that some people are starting to experiment with, but it's not physically possible to move data through the Arduino fast enough to get acceptable video quality.

It depends what you want to do - I've done useful, commercial image processing on resolutions as low as 32x32 - but you've got to know what you want to do, and how much data you need to achieve it.
