connection between lidar and arduino

Hello,
for a project I need to link a lidar lite v3 sensor from Garmin, a servomotor, and an arduino esplora. I do not know where to connect the lidar sensor and how to program it to return a measurement. I tried that but it doesn't seem to work. It would be really generous of you to help me.

Did you install the Garmin library for Arduino?

Which interface did you want to use. PWM? I2C/Wire?

Did you read the manual?

It has wiring diagrams for the Arduino for both PWM and I2C.
