Connection & program load in arduino

i have a arduino mega . i try to connect with pc but it couldnot connect or detect by pc.
there are some information
driver installed
arduino ide version 1.8.13
same cable use for another mega to connect it's connected but my arduino not connect with pc
in arduino mega on light is on led light is continuously on

Please try the steps below via the IDE:

· Tools > Board > Boards Manager

· Search for "Arduino AVR Boards"

· From the drop-down menu select latest version

· Click "Install"

· Wait for installation to finish

· Click "Close" and restart your IDE.

Note: Use a data USB cable and do not use a USB hub.

but it couldnot connect or detect by pc.

Do you mean that the operating system (which one) did not see the board? Or the IDE?
