Connectivity between Arduino + RF24L01 directly wireless to C#

Hello all professors,
I was translating article about RF24L01+PA+LNA for wireless connectivity for range of >1000 meters, so now I am thinking is it possible to connect directly to a pc or phone wireless system without second arduino device, because both of these devices use 2.4G wireless system, so can I make an arduino nano broad connected to a RG24L01 and when write into it, my C# application catch the data on my laptop?
