I am using UM330 in the factory. I think I can get sensor values from INA219 by using pins 16 and 17, but I don't know how to connect them. I already burned one Arduino.
If you are not using 15V DC loop power, it looks like pins 16 and 17 are 4-20mA output, so you would need a 4-20mA receiver.
I'm not familiar with your device, but generally you read 4-20mA output by placing 250ohm resistor between the pins. That gives 1-5V output.
Read you manual and verify with multimeter.
Safer option is to use ready made converter module.

Power comes from outside on pins 8, 9, and 10.

As a result of measurement, the power voltage was confirmed at 16 and 17.
I prefer a 51 Ohm resistor, and reading with 1.1volt Aref.
That makes the result independent on supply fluctuations.
Default Aref is for ratiometric measurements, not for absolute/voltage measurements.
The INA219 has a too low resolution (1.5625mA per A/D step) to read 4-20mA sensors, unless you change the 0.1 Ohm shunt to 100 Ohm.
