Considering Selling Custom Arduino Board - Need Advice

Hi,

I created a custom LoRaWAN Arduino compatible board here.

I am considering using this board to design a more complete dev board for others. The core design of the board is actually using Adafruit's design. Ideally, I would like to supply my own BSP that leverages the Adafruit BSP. I've seen examples of this on SparkFun with their various dev boards.

Is this something I would need to contact Adafruit about? Or is just part of the Arduino license agreements.

I would suggest checking out all the documentation they supply, and be sure of the licences requirements. Then to be safe you may want to check with them, maybe they may want to sell it. You never know until you ask.
