Consistency Problem in SM5100B-D GSM Module

I m using SM5100B-D GSM module with Arduino UNO ...
The Problem is, sometimes this module sends sms n some times it doesnot send sms ...
Consistency problem with this Module...
Can any one guide me..
How to solve this problem...
