Contacting Support - Damaged Package

Hello. I tried to contact the store through their contact form, but I haven't heard back. I received an Arduino kit on my doorstep and FedEx had damaged the package and got it wet (soaked through inner and outer boxes), so my Arduino ADK does not work. I have a claim number with FedEx, but they keep telling me that I have to get ahold of the sender and they have to put in a claim, but like I said no one has gotten back to me. Is there a better way to get ahold of someone?

According to the FedEx website... http://www.fedex.com/us/customersupport/managing/claims/index.html ...you have the right to file a claim...

Who can file a claim? The sender, the recipient, or a third-party can file the claim. Close

I suspect they are trying to wear you down so you will relent.

Has FedEx given you a reason for involving the sender?
